QUESTION: Can I add a sender to my whitelist or blacklist before I get an email from them?

ANSWER:

Yes. Click on Spam Filtering in the top tool bar of your WebMail.

Type the email address in the text box next to "Add new address:". Choose Whitelist or Blacklist from the drop down menu and click Add.
