QUESTION: Can I receive a refund if I can’t format my work according to the instructions?

ANSWER:

Unfortunately, you are not eligible for a refund as you have already launched and utilized the user interface. If you are unable to format your work, contact c-Site customer support at 1-480-505-8887; they will assist you in formatting your work.
